VIEW PURCHASES REGISTER IN TALLY

From Gateway of Tally select > Display
From Display: Select Account Books
From Account Books: Select Purchase Register

Tally displays All Purchase Details in Monthwise.

There are more options to view purchase details. Use the following options.

Purchase Details in Month Wise in Tally

By default Tally Display Purchase Register in Month Wise

Purchase Details for October Month
> Select October Month

Purchase Details for Particular Date  in Tally

> Select any Month
> From Right Side Panel Click on F2: Date
 Enter Date

Purchase Details for Particular Period  in Tally

> Select any Month
> From Right Side Panel Click on F2: Period  (Short Cut key: Alt+F2)
 Enter From and To Date

Purchase Details with GST Rates  in Tally

> Select Month
> From Right Side Panel Click on F1: Detailed

Purchase Details with Purchases Inventory in Tally

> Select Month
> From Right Side Panel Click on F1: Detailed
> From Right Side Panel Click on F12: Configure
> Set to Yes Show Inventory details
> Press Ctrl+A

Purchase Details with Narration  in Tally

> Select Month
> From Right Side Panel Click on F1: Detailed
> From Right Side Panel Click on F12: Configure
> Set to Yes Show Narration
> Press Ctrl+A

Purchase Details with Billwise  in Tally

> Select Month
> From Right Side Panel Click on F1: Detailed
> From Right Side Panel Click on F12: Configure
> Set to Yes Show bill wise details
> Press Ctrl+A

Sorting Method in Purchase Details  in Tally

> Select Month
> From Right Side Panel Click on F12: Configure
> Select Sorting Method
> Use any option for your requirement.
