Verify C,H,F,EI,EII Forms based on Form Series or Serial Number


After receiving C,H,F,EI,EII Forms from VAT/CST dealer, you can Verify the forms based on Form No. (You can only Verify Forms, which was issued through Online. If Forms were made manually you can't verify your forms in online) Follow the following simple steps.

ROUTING-1

OR
  •  If you know dealer CST No, Click on Search By CST Number
  • Select CST dealer State Name
  • Enter CST dealer CST Number, then click on Search

STEP 1: Click on "Dealer / Form Search" from Right Side Panel


STEP 2: Click on "I Agree" Button




STEP 3: Click on "Form Verification" 

 STEP 4: Select "Form Type"  then Enter Form Series or Serial Number, Click on Search Button.

    I have received a 'F' form from a party of Gujarat State but there are no series number only Serial Number in the form, so how can I search on line the same.

      Thank u for ur comment.

      You can verify all states C-Forms on the following website.
      http://www.tinxsys.com/TinxsysInternetWeb/fFormSearch_inter.jsp.

      OR

      You can verify C-Form on C-Form issue state sales tax website.

      For eg if you receive C-Form from Karnataka state, you can verify it on Karnataka state sales tax website and http://www.tinxsys.com/ only. You cant verify any other state sales tax websites.

      Please note the following points also.

      There are two types for apply c-form
      1. Manually
      2. Online

      If your party issue C-Form through manually you cant verify. You can verify only online apply/generate
      C-Forms.

      You can verify C-Form only serial number. pls try again.

      There are two types for apply c-form
      1. Manually
      2. Online

      If your party issue C-Form through manually you cant verify. You can verify only online apply/generate C-Forms.

      Dear Mr.Gaurav,

      Please note, your buyer must generate C-Form through online. After that only you can verify C-Form in the above tutorial. Ask your buyer to provide C-Form series number to verify C-Form.

      Hi,


      Please note, your buyer must generate c-form, then only you can verify and download c-form. Pls ask ur buyer to provide Sl.no of C-Form to verify and download c-form.

    sir, is it possible to know that my buyer has issued form c on my tin? is it possible sir. iam looking form c from state of tamilnad bu the buyer is not responding. how to trace whether he has issued or not.
