Filter Ledger Accounts In Tally ? (Ledger Amount Contain Specific Value )

 > In the Display Menu, Click on "Account Books"

  > In the Account Books, Click on "Ledger"






  > In the Ledgers list, Select any of one ledger, ( Just type first letter of Ledger in the head of "Name of Ledger then select)
Use UP / Down Arrow keys to select Ledger



  > Press "Enter"

  >Now you can see you selected Ledger with Particular Period




  >If you want change Period Click on "F2: Period" option form Right side Panel




   > Enter the Period. 


 > Press "Enter"
> Now tally displays ledger account with specific period.
> You can also filter ledger accounts as follows:

* Ledger account contain only Rs.40,000 amount.
 > Click on "F12: Range" option from Right side panel. Or press "Alt+F12"

> In the "Range of Information in Report" Box,
Select "Voucher", Press 'Enter'
Select "Ledger amount", Press 'Enter'
Select "equal to", Press 'Enter'
Type " 40,000", Press 'Enter'

Select "End of list", Press 'Enter"


Now tally show only ledger amount contain Rs.40,000 value amount vouchers.
