The Government communicated certain action points for ease of doing business. In order to reduce the interface between Government staff and the public, instructions were issued in the reference 5th cited to accept only online applications for registrations by the prospective dealers, online filing of returns, online payment of taxes etc.
In this regard, the officers in-charge of the Dealer Service Centers in the offices of Deputy Commissioner(CT)s (13 centres) and Commercial Tax Officers (101 centres) in the state, enclosed in the annexure, are hereby instructed to guide and facilitate the prospective dealers in filing online applications for registrations, online filing of returns, online payment of taxes etc.
Further, the CDSC, operating at the Head Quarters, receiving online applications, for supply of Statutory forms through courier and the Call Center working at Vijayawada to attend to the issues and grievances of the dealers, transporters etc are also hereby entrusted the work of guiding the dealers in online filing of registration applications, online filing of returns and online payment of taxes etc.
The Deputy Commissioner(CT)s of all the divisions in the state are hereby directed to ensure the compliance of the above instructions.
