Practicle Experience on PF, ESI, Gratuity, Pension Scheme



MR.SUNIL AGGARWAL HAD PREPARED THIS DOCUMENT AS PER HIS BEST PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE ON SUCH ABOVE TOPIC. WHICH REALLY HELP PROFESSIONAL STUDENT DURING THEIR LEARNING PERIOD.

In exercise of powers conferred under section 6A of the Employees' Provident Funds & miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1962, the pension scheme, 1995.

The benefits under the scheme are paid out of the Employees' Pension Fund into which the employer and the central Government contribute @ 8.33% and 1.16% of the wages respectively subject to a wage ceiling of Rs.6,500/-

This act is applicable to employees drawing pay not more than Rs.6500 PM. But at the time of registration the same employee pay should not exceed Rs.5000. This act deals with:
  • The Employees' Provident Fund Schemes, 1952,
  • The Employees' Pension Scheme, 1995, and
  • The Employees' Deposit linked Insurance Scheme, 1976
